Please review the schedule below for the day’s tournament activities. All golfers must arrive and check in at the registration table by 7:45 am to receive pairing assignments and tournament details. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a great day on the course!

Review the list of current registered golfers for the upcoming tournament. Check back for updates as more players join the event.
Foursome Pairing Request
You may request a foursome pairing for the golf tournament, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please only request pairings with golfers listed on the Registered Golfers List. If a name is not listed, that individual is not registered to play. To register a golfer, please contact the MHEDA Office at 847-680-3500. For best placement, ensure all pairing requests are mutual.
Golf Clubs Rental
Premium Titleist rental club sets, including a Scotty Cameron putter and two sleeves of balls, are available for $75 per set. Payment is required at the time of request.
Transportation to Golf Course
NEW! Complimentary transportation to the golf course will be provided via Uber Vouchers. The course is approximately 25–30 minutes from the hotel. Warmups and breakfast begin at 7:15 am, and all golfers must check in with MHEDA staff by 7:45 am.
How to Use Complimentary Uber Vouchers
- Download the Uber App from the App Store or Google Play if you do not already have it.
- Scan the provided QR Code to add the voucher to your account, then accept the voucher.
- Be sure to use your personal Uber account and select the voucher as your payment method.
- To access the voucher in the app, go to Account > Wallet > Vouchers.
The voucher is valid for rides between the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, Marriott Tampa, and TPC Tampa Bay Golf Course.
