We are currently the first independent dealer in Mexico to obtain the certification of Toyota ASEC (After Sales Service Evaluation & Certification). ASEC is a very detailed and in-depth certification process designed to streamline and orchestrate the service process at all levels, from work-spaces to service vehicles, parts storage, facilities, communication and more, for maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
Through the ASEC certification program, SEIL Rentals went through a process of applying many of the recognized principles of the Toyota Production System (especially Kaizen, the idea of continuous improvement) and 5S (Order, Systematize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to its after-sales service.
