About Hotel Reservations
In order to ensure all convention registrants receive the MHEDA group rate, we ask that you register for convention first, and then you will receive details to book your hotel room. Once you complete the registration form, each registrant and billing contact will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to reserve a room online at the discounted MHEDA group rate.
Marriott’s online reservation system allows you to book one room at a time. It is recommended that you use each individual traveler’s name to make reservations, which can be changed or cancelled up until five days prior to the date of arrival. To book additional rooms start a new reservation for each attendee.
MHEDA has not contracted with any booking sites to secure rooms. If you are contacted by anyone other than MHEDA to reserve rooms, please disregard. If you have any questions, please contact Rebecca Hein at rhein@mheda.org.
