With so many year-end to-dos, we made this series fast (two sessions!) and easy to participate in (presented via Zoom). What is a Virtual Series?

A Virtual Series is a networking and professional development program you can participate in from the comforts of your home or office. MHEDA will send you a calendar link complete with Zoom instructions. It’s easy to participate and interact with the presenter, as well as other MHEDA Members. Great way to learn and engage with other Women in Industry!

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for women who work in the material handling industry seeking to enhance their leadership skills to motivate and lead high performing teams AND develop personal strategies to manage time, energy, and resources effectively. You do not need to register for the Women in Industry Conference to participate in this virtual series. All MHEDA Members are welcome to register.

You will explore how to navigate challenges and build a respectful, inclusive environment that drives team success.

Setting Boundaries to Beat Burnout

In the demanding world of material handling, maintaining your well-being is crucial. This session will equip you with strategies to set personal and professional boundaries, helping you manage stress and prevent burnout. You’ll learn how to define your limits, ensuring you can sustain high performance without compromising your health.

How will the sessions be structured?

Each fast-paced, interactive session will be one-hour and fifteen minutes in length.

  • 30-minutes – Webinar Presentation by Brittany Neish. (Recorded and available on-demand)
  • 25-minutes of small group discussion, meet virtually in small groups with your MHEDA peers. (Not recorded)
  • 20-minutes of large group discussion, facilitated by Brittany. (Not recorded)

NOTE: Pre-work for each session will be provided and the program will include a digital workbook. Each pre-work assignment will be approximately 20-minuites.
