eBS names Ken Somma as President and Chief Operating Officer

Ken joined eBS on December 4, 2023 and will serve as President and Chief Operating Officer reporting to Bill Jones, Chief Executive Officer, and founder. In this role, Ken will oversee many new initiatives and manage business-wide functions, including but not limited to product development, client services, information systems management, and new client acquisition.

Prior to joining eBS, Ken held a number of senior positions at SS&C Technologies, J.P. Morgan, Fidelity Information Systems (FIS) and Deutsche Bank. Ken has over 30 years of diversified financial services experience ranging from bank operations and administration to software and technical business development, implementation, client servicing and sales. His most recent position prior to joining eBS was Managing Director of Treasury & Capital Markets software services at SS&C Technologies, Inc. Ken studied finance at Rider University and is Six Sigma green belt certified. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and restoring his 1969 Firebird.
