Hytrol Conveyor Company Inc. names Cheri Esposito new Chief Information Officer.

JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company Inc. is pleased to announce Cheri Esposito as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the company. Esposito has served as the interim CIO since January 3. Esposito brings extensive experience in portfolio, program and project management with expertise in IT business process improvement, digital transformations, strategic initiatives and ERP implementations.

Esposito said, “I’m excited to step fully into this role. I know that when businesses and IT collaborate harmoniously, great things happen.”

As CIO, Esposito will work closely with the IT managers, Hytrol’s Board of Directors and officers of the company to drive technology strategy to align with business goals. She will ensure innovation, operational efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining robust cybersecurity and data integrity. Esposito will lead IT, foster cross-functional collaboration and leverage emerging technologies to enhance productivity for Hytrol and give the company a competitive advantage.

In her spare time, Esposito enjoys international travel, sporting events such as basketball and football, Pilates and shopping. She is a supporter of several local charities and a married mom of three college age children.
