JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Woodside to Manager of Project Execution. Woodside has been with the company for over 6 years and has held various roles such as Facilitator of Project Management, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Training Coordinator.

In his new role, Woodside will ensure the successful implementation of ongoing projects. He’ll lead the 11 members of Hytrol’s project management team and the vast amount of business revenue that the team oversees. Woodside serves as the first contact on the escalation pathway when things go awry in a project. In addition to problem solving, Woodside is also dedicated to developing the skills and talents of the team by building education pipelines for them to grow.

Woodside said, “We are coming off an extremely busy, hectic year. The exciting part of that is that we gained an immense amount of hands-on knowledge and actionable items to refine our processes and grow as a team for the future.”

Michael Loncaric, Director of Project Managers said, “This achievement is a testament to Christian’s hard work, dedication and unwavering commitment to Hytrol and his team. His leadership has always been guided by a genuine care for his team’s growth and success. Our Integration Partners will also benefit from Christian in this role as he takes his commitment to service to a new level. We are excited to see the positive impact he will continue to make.”

Woodside’s education and previous experience include associates degrees in allied health and religious studies, Cornell’s Project Management Certification and time serving in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Medical Technician. He is married with three sons and a fourth one on the way. He and his wife enjoy hunting for antiques and competing to see who can read or listen to more books in a year. Through his love for history, Woodside recently completed a 34-generation study of his grandfather’s lineage that dates to the 10th century. He now intends to write a historical fiction novel of his own.
